I lived in the two-story house next door to the east of Bob's Fish and Chips. Back then, the neighborhood was different--cheap, rundown, and had two bars. One bar was called the Tropics Lounge, I believe, next to and east of the two-story house. At one time, that bar was a teachers' hangout, according to a former co-worker. Albuquerque High was just up the street.

I used to get a free newspaper called Model City News, so I thought that was what the neighborhood was called. I don't remember it being called Huning Highland way back then.
