RR Underpass Upgraded

The city has glamourized the walk-ways under the tracks on Central. Metal arches lead to the path that is lit with changing colored lights. Due to the suggestion of downtown restaurant owner, Nick Manole, the inside panels are lined with historic photographs. Rail runner guards now moniter pedestrians. So - check it out!
