Jim Maddox owner/broker has been a resident of the Huning’s Highland Historic District since 1980 and lives in the George Learnard House on South Walter. He has built historically compatible townhouses and apartments in the neighborhood and is past chair of the Landmarks and Urban Conservation Commission serving three Mayors. Jim has served as President of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® and the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico. Both organizations have named him REALTOR® of the Year.
