Some neighbors think it's OK to start fires in their backyards.
IT IS NOT OK. Smoke gets sucked up into the swamp coolers and into the house and it makes enjoying the outdoors miserable.

There is a big difference between a BBQ fire and burning trash. I'm pretty sure this in illegal in city limits
